1.1. How many tables will be built-in in the Legends Pinball 4KP (Standard Edition)?
Depending on the edition, Legends Pinball 4KP (Standard Edition) will have up to 18 built in games, all in Legends
4K Format.
1.2. Can players download additional digital pinball tables for the Legends Pinball 4KP (Standard Edition)?
A: Yes, players will have the ability to purchase AtGames tables ported to and published in Legends 4K Format from on-device purchase and the AtGames E-Store.
1.3. Will in-game purchase be supported on the Legends 4K Platform?
A: Yes, Legends CE-4K will a have payment gateway and API to implement in-game on-device buying from AtGames E-Store and to redeem and install them one-click on the Legends 4K devices.
1.4. Will other pinball tables be available in Legends 4K Format?
A: Over 160 AtGames original tables will be published in Legends 4K Format and sold separately. Only the Legends 4K Platform devices will be compatible to Legends 4K tables. The device-sharing of the Legends 4K tables will be among the Legends 4KP devices.
1.5. Will all current Legends HD tables be ported to Legends 4K Platform devices and play at the spec of 4K playfieldat 60fps, HD backglass, and HD DMD?
A: Yes, the Legends 4K Format version pinball packs for Taito, Natural History, Dr. Seuss, Gottlieb and Zaccaria will be available for purchase on the Legends 4K machine as well as on the AtGames E-Store. All Legends 4K Format pinball packs will play at the spec of 4K playfield at 60fps, HD backglass, and HD DMD.
1.6. I already have an AtGames Legends HD device, can I play new Legends 4K released tables that I purchased from the AtGames E-Store?
A: New Legends 4K titles are only available for the Legends 4K devices and will not work on the Legends HD devices.
1.7. What are the dimensions and weight of the Legends Pinball 4KP (Standard Edition)?
A: Product size (approximate): 66 (H) x 43 (L) x 23 (W) inches; the height of the playfield from ground: 35". Weight: 129.2 lbs.
1.8. What are the specs of displays for the gameplay on the Legends Pinball 4KP (Standard Edition)?
A: Three displays on Legends Pinball 4KP (Standard Edition): 4K playfield at 60fps, HD backglass, and HD DMD. New Legends 4K tables available for purchase from the on-device AppStoreX™ or from the AtGames E-Store will be all in Legends 4K Format.
1.9. Will the games run natively and have playfield, backglass, and DMD, at 60fps on the 4K playfield?
A: Yes, they will all follow our Legends 4K Format to support 4K playfield at 60fps, HD backglass, HD DMD, and the upcoming AtGames’ Surround Sound Feedback (SSF) Kit accessory.
1.10. Will OTG from PC still work? Will the 4K playfield support OTG at 4K? Will it support OTG of HD-only from a PC?
A: Yes, to all of the above. And the SSF Kit will support OTG too.
1.11. Will there be dedicated Legends 4K leaderboards?

1.12. Will the Legends 4K Platform use the new Legends CE-4K User Interface (UI)? Will there be an option to get theLegends HD UI on the Legends 4K devices?
A: The Legends 4K devices will only have Legends CE-4K UI.

2.1. For pre-installed tables that come with the Legends Pinball 4KP (Standard Edition), will they receive updates?
A: Yes, if updates are developed in the future, they will be available to be downloaded and installed onto your Legends 4KP machine.
2.2. Will a built-in pinball game update require a firmware update?
A: No, it will not.
2.3. How will updates and bug fixes for the digital pinball games be delivered to the Legends Pinball 4KP(Standard Edition)?
A: Users will be able to receive updates via internet.
2.4. I don't like to update firmware; will I have to update the firmware to enjoy new titles as they are released?
A: Yes, you will need to update firmware. It is not a recommendation, but a requirement to update to the latest firmware to ensure the user experience is optimal for gameplay as well as to make use of any new features that may be developed.

A: The first FX Legends 4K Collector's Edition Pinball (CEP) machines are planned to be released in Q4, 2023. Preorder customers will receive it at home first. AtGames and Zen Studios plan to release 15 exclusive FX Legends 4K Collector’s Edition Pinball (CEP) SKUs from 2023 – 2025.

1.7. Will the FX Legends 4K Collector's Edition Pinball (CEP) support OTG from PC? Will the 4K playfieldsupport OTG at 4K for the FX Legends 4K Collector's Edition Pinball (CEP)? Will it support OTG of HD-onlyfrom a PC? Does it include 3 HDMI Inputs (for Playfield, Backglass and DMD displays)?
A: Yes, to all of the above.

A: Yes, these are native version ports and will take advantage of the FX Legends 4K Collector's Edition Pinball (CEP) features for user experience. This is similar to Xbox vs Steam vs PlayStation versions of games that are sold separately as well.
2.6. I already have an AtGames Legends HD device, can I play new Zen releases that I purchased from theAtGames E-Store?
A: Zen titles are only compatible with the Legends 4K devices and will not work AtGames Legends HD Devices.
2.7. Will other non-Zen games be available to add on to CEP?
A: Yes, AtGames will be releasing additional Legends 4K pinball packs, including 4K ports of our popular Taito, Natural History, Dr. Seuss, Gottlieb, and Zaccaria table packs. They will be available for purchase on the Legends 4K machine as well as on the AtGames E-Store.
Legends 4K Platform
3.1. Will leaderboard scores be shared and accessed through Pinball FX Leaderboards & AtGames 4K Leaderboards?
A: All Legends 4K high scores will only be posted on the new AtGames dedicated Legends 4K Leaderboards website.
3.2. Can I participate in PC/Console based Zen Pinball FX tournaments on AtGames devices?

3.3. Will all current Legends HD tables be ported to the Legends 4K Platform devices with the performance specs of 4K/60fps on the Playfield and support both HD Backglass and DMD?

01. How does the Legends Pinball 4KP ship?
A: The Legends Pinball 4KP will ship via FedEx in two separate boxes. You will receive a tracking number for each box, which may be shipped separately.This could lead to the individual boxes arriving on different days.
02. How long will the delivery take?
A: Typically, your package should arrive within 7-10 business days after the Legends Pinball 4KP has been shipped. Please note that shipments are picked up in bulk by the shipping carrier. In some cases delivery may occur sooner. If it takes longer, please reach out to support athttps://atgames.net/contact/ or if for any reason this method is unavailable, send an email to support@atgames.net. Your tracking information is sent to the email address that was used to make the purchase. For example, many customers use PayPal to make purchases in the AtGames E-Store. If that email address is different from the email address you use for your Legends Account, you may be looking in the wrong place. You need to check the email account used to make the purchase for your tracking information. Additionally, please make sure to check your spam/junk folder as well
03. Is the delivery time flexible?
A: We understand that you might not always be available at the scheduled time for delivery. In case you need to modify your delivery after it has been shipped, you should immediately reach out to the shipping carrier (https://www.fedex.com/) for further support and assistance.
04. How do I receive a copy of my order invoice?
A: We ship all packages with an invoice that can be found along with the product. If you need a copy of the invoice, we can email it to you. To request the invoice, please reach out to support with your order number at https://atgames.net/contact/ or if for any reason this method is unavailable, send an email to support@atgames.net.
05. How do I track my AtGames E-Store order?
A: If you have placed an order and you want to check its status, you can view this
from your AtGames E-Store account.
Step 1 - Go to the AtGames E-Store
Step 2 - Go to My Orders (under the Account icon)
Step 3 - Click on the order you want to track.
Step 4 - If your Legends Pinball 4KP has shipped, you will see the tracking number listed. You can also check the status of your order on your phone by clicking the “Enable updates via SMS” button.
Make sure the listed phone number is valid (if not, you can edit it by clicking on the edit icon next to the field). The updates on your orders will be messaged to you on your phone.
06. I received a tracking number but the status shows it is not available or has not been picked up?
A: Please note that shipments are picked up in bulk by the shipping carrier. Tracking information may not be updated for several days, as the device/unit will be picked up, transported to a central shipping hub, and then unloaded, scanned, and directed to the destination facility and final shipping location. This can result in receiving a tracking number up to 96 hours before you may see the tracking information indicating that the item is in transit. Additionally, this process is that of the carrier, not AtGames, and cannot be altered or diverted from our end. Any and all inquiries related to the tracking and progress of your shipment should be directed to the carrier at (https://www.fedex.com/)
07. I have received my shipment, but the package(s) look damaged.What should I do?
A: If you receive your product(s) and there is obvious damage your first step should always be to reach out to FedEx (https://www.fedex.com/) for further guidance and then notify AtGames via a support ticket at https://atgames.net/contact/ or, if for any reason this method is unavailable send an email to support@atgames.net. You will want to make sure to include the following information.

08. I received my shipment and the packaging looked fine. Once I opened it I found that my item(s) are damaged. What should I do?

09. I received my product(s) and everything is great! Can I discard the packaging?
A: It is not recommended. It is important to retain all packaging materials for the entirety of your warranty period so that in the event you have an issue and need to make a return, you have packaging to do so. AtGames will provide you with a return label to replace the original shipping label. If, for any reason, the packaging is disposed of, please be aware that additional fees may be applied if a package box is needed.

LegendsCare™ Extension
If I accepted compensation for shipping damages instead of a replacement, do I still qualify for the LegendsCare™ one-year extension?
Yes, anyone who has reported shipping damage prior to March 5, 2024 and has been offered a full replacement for Box 1 or Box 2 is eligible for the LegendsCare™ one-year extension. Whether you decided to keep your device and accept compensation or opted for a replacement and underwent the exchange process, we appreciate your cooperation and this is a token of our gratitude.
Does this complimentary coverage begin after my existing LegendsCare™ warranty period ends?
Yes, the one-year LegendsCare™ extension will automatically begin as soon as the current LegendsCare™ coverage, which was included with your machine at purchase, concludes.
Can I still qualify for the one-year LegendsCare™ extension if I didn’t report my shipping damage?
To be eligible for this offer, a support ticket for any shipping damage must have been submitted prior to March 5, 2024. Unfortunately, if you did not submit a ticket before this date, you will not qualify for the LegendsCare™ extension.
What if I’ve had shipping damage issues with other products in the past, do I qualify for the LegendsCare™ extension?
Currently, we’re not offering extra coverage for past shipping damage incidents beyond the Legends 4K™ line. Should there be any changes or updates to coverage in the future, we will be sure to inform our customers.
